導(dǎo)軌采用耐磨鑄鐵鑄造，并經(jīng)48 小時(shí)人工時(shí)效處理，以保證長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的加工精度及壽命。
主軸采用三檔變頻，實(shí)現(xiàn)檔內(nèi)無級(jí)變速并保證高扭矩的輸出，滿足大部分產(chǎn)品加工的要求。
高精度滾珠絲桿副并采用三點(diǎn)預(yù)拉伸結(jié)構(gòu)，高精度預(yù)緊螺母，傳動(dòng)精度高，能確保長(zhǎng)時(shí)間內(nèi)機(jī)械誤差小，使頻繁的高速定位和重切削時(shí)引起的絲杠扭曲變形減少到低程度。
高精度聯(lián)軸器，在高速、高扭矩時(shí)，無轉(zhuǎn)差。
